The Plan

Follow KIDS International Dental Services as we return to Haiti picking up where we left off a year ago. This year we return to Jacmel, a beach front community in Southern Haiti that sustained major damage in the 2010 earthquake. Last year we had the privilege of treating patients with special needs in this community. We hope to see our old friends again.

From Jacmel, we'll return to Port Au Prince. It is a city of approximately 2.5 million people. We were fortunate to work with the Mayor's office and Patrice Millet ( http://www.cnn.com/2011/WORLD/americas/08/25/cnnheroes.patrice.millet/index.html), a CNN hero, who teaches children in the most dangerous neighborhood of Port au Prince valuable life lessons through soccer.
